Commission to a cooperating real estate broker is percentage of gross rental proceeds paid after renter checks out of the timeshare
Owner books timeshare system reservation and provides us with reservation/confirmation number
All rental inquiries, response, confirmation, agreement, payment and escrow process handled by cooperating real estate brokers
Proceeds provided to owners within 2 weeks of check out by renter
Reservation may be unlocked and withdrawn as long as unit has not been rented
